This policy explains what information inCalculators (“we”, “the site”), run by Ayub Ali, handles when you use incalculators.com.
The numbers you enter
Calculations run in your browser. The values you type into a calculator are not sent to our server and are not stored by us. If you use the Share button, the values are placed in the link you share; anyone who opens that link can see them.
Information stored on your device
The site stores a few small items in your browser’s local storage so that it works the way you left it:
- your choice of light or dark theme,
- calculators you have saved as favourites,
- the calculators you used most recently.
These never leave your device. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Information collected by our hosting provider
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this information to identify you.
Analytics and advertising
At present the site uses no analytics service and shows no advertising. If we add either in future, for example Google AdSense, this policy will be updated before that happens to explain what those services collect, how they use cookies, and the choices you have, including consent where the law requires it.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to fix any problem you report, and we do not share it or add you to any mailing list.
Children
The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent you have given, by writing to [email protected]. In practice the only personal information we may hold is an email you sent us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
